Who we are

VAIIL LLC is a credit union service organization owned by Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union and Quantworks, headquartered at 7900 Triad Center Dr., Suite 410, Greensboro, NC 27409. Our website address is https://vaiilsolutions.com. This policy also covers our product sites, defaultsleuth.com and cufluent.com.

What these websites collect

These are informational sites. There are no visitor accounts, no comment forms, and no file uploads, so we do not collect the data those features would involve.

Contact and demo links. Buttons and forms on these sites open your own email client. Nothing you type is transmitted to us or stored by the website itself until you choose to send the email. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message, typically your name, email address, and organization.

Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address and browser user agent string. These logs are used for security and operations, not for marketing.

Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website stores one small flag in your browser's session storage so the animated introduction plays only once per visit. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close the browser tab.

Email correspondence

If you contact us at sales@vaiilsolutions.com, sales@defaultsleuth.com, sales@cufluent.com, or support@vaiilsolutions.com, we retain that correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with your organization. We do not sell or rent contact information.

Our products

DefaultSleuth and CU Fluent process credit union data under written agreements with each client institution, including master service agreements and associated data protection terms. Who we share your data with

We do not share personal data collected through these websites with third parties, except with service providers who host and operate our infrastructure, or where required for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your rights over your data

You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us, and you can request that we erase that data. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Send requests to support@vaiilsolutions.com.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example if we add a hosted contact form or analytics, we will update this page before those changes take effect.
